My dear colleagues of the IIPF all over the world, I am very pleased to invite you to Milan
for the 60th Congress of IIPF. The high-quality scientific program under the general theme "Fiscal and Regulatory Competition" promises a very stimulating conference. The topic is hotly debated in both the academic and political arena. We hope that the meeting will also provide an opportunity for enjoying our country's cultural heritage. Bocconi University, where Luigi Einaudi (one of the prominent representatives of the Italian School of Public Finance) taught at the beginning of the last century, is honoured to host such a prestigious event. We are looking forward to having many IIPF friends join us.
